Shipping Policy - the basics

Shipping Policy

At Luxe Fusion Apparel, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are fulfilled in-house or through our suppliers, depending on stock availability and product type (mostly for custom manufacturing or bulk ordering).

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once their order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

3 - 14 days for custom orders (bulk orders depend on quantity, design, availability of raw material with our suppliers)

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Luxe Fusion Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship in and around the 9 provinces within South Africa (contact us to confirm if we ship to your location).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the system.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@luxefusion.co.za or call 081 402 0225.

  • We will assist in filing claims with the courier, but Luxe Fusion Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy aligns with Proactive Clothing’s supplier return policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for eligible items.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Custom orders, clearance items, and personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at support@luxefusion.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to approval after review/ investigations have been completed.

8. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been processed, cancellations or changes may not be possible, a processing fee of +-25% will be charged after the 24 hours has passed. 

  • Exchange maybe possible based on the status of the order being processed.
