At Luxe Fusion Apparel, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, processing times, and delivery expectations.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are fulfilled in-house or through our suppliers, depending on stock availability and product type (mostly for custom manufacturing or bulk ordering).

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once their order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Luxe Fusion Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing for international orders.
3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship in and around the 9 provinces within South Africa (contact us to confirm if we ship to your location).
4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the system.
5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@luxefusion.co.za or call 081 402 0225.

We will assist in filing claims with the courier, but Luxe Fusion Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy aligns with Proactive Clothing’s supplier return policy:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for eligible items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Custom orders, clearance items, and personalized products are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at support@luxefusion.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to approval after review/ investigations have been completed.
8. Order Cancellations & Modifications
-
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
-
Once an order has been processed, cancellations or changes may not be possible, a processing fee of +-25% will be charged after the 24 hours has passed.

Exchange maybe possible based on the status of the order being processed.
