Return & Refund Policy

At Luxe Fusion Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy in line with our supplier, Proactive Clothing, to ensure a smooth and fair process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
✅The return has to be reported within 48 hours from when the client received delivery of the order (for defects &/or wrong orders).
✅The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✅ All tags and labels must be attached.
✅ The item must be free from stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer.
✅ The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Clearance, sale, and promotional items.
❌ Custom-made or personalized products.
❌ Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate wear due to hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email Us: Send a request to support@luxefusion.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and photos (photos are a minimum requirement).

Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Ship the Item: Once approved, send the item back to us within 7 days using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued based on the following:

Approved Returns: Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or free replacement.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Luxe Fusion Apparel or our supplier is at fault.
Refund Processing Time:
✅ Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days after approval.
✅ Store credit refunds: Issued immediately after approval (it could take 3-5 working days, once processed on our side, ETA for the refund to reflect on the customer's side should be confirmed by the bank).
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
6. Supplier Alignment (Proactive Clothing)
Since Luxe Fusion Apparel sources certain products from external suppliers , some returns may be subject to their return policies. If a product is supplied by them, we will coordinate with our suppliers to ensure a fair resolution.
