Luxe Fusion Apparel – Terms & Conditions (B2C Online Store)

1. Introduction
Welcome to Luxe Fusion Apparel. By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out below. These Terms apply to all orders, purchases, and interactions made through our B2C online store.
2. Products
We sell ready-made Luxe Fusion Apparel branded clothing as well as print-on-demand items and pre-order items.
Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- Fit and sizing may vary slightly depending on the product style.
- Product images are for illustration purposes.
3. Orders
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:
- Incorrect pricing
- Stock unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Payment
We accept secure online payments via our approved payment gateways.
Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Estimated timelines:
- Ready stock items: 2–5 working days
- Print-on-demand items: 5–10 working days
- Pre-order items: 10–20 working days
Luxe Fusion Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:
Returns are accepted if:
- The item is unworn and unused
- The item is in original packaging
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Print-on-demand items
- Custom printed or embroidered items
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer
If a return is approved, the customer may choose:
- Store credit
- Exchange (if stock is available)
- Refund (only if item is faulty)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
9. Sizing
Customers are responsible for checking sizing before purchasing.
Size guides are provided on product pages.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
10. Print-on-Demand & Pre-Orders
All print-on-demand and pre-order items are made specifically for your order.
These items:
- Require longer production time
- Must be paid in full before production starts
- Are non-refundable, unless faulty
11. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for print-on-demand or pre-order items.
12. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
13. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
14. Limitation of Liability
Luxe Fusion Apparel will not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Delivery delays outside our control
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Damage caused after the product has been worn or used

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
